38" x 50" baby quilt. Sew 2 borders around a cute 1-yard panel to make the top. Then the fun begins! Folded rectangles make fins or strips make loops.
Arrange them to extend beyond the quilt edge for an outside accent or place them on top of the outer border and add binding to add an inside trim.
